Do I have to order a minimum amount of items with and order?
No, Ball Embroidery can customize 1 item or 1000 (or more!).   

Can I bring in personal items?
Yes, we specialize in helping you customize almost anything. If you don’t bring in an item, Jan and team have access to thousands of items. You’ll be sure to leave with the perfect solution.

Is there a set-up fee when I place an order?
Yes, with each design there is a set-up fee, but you only pay it once.

Can you tell me how you price your embroidery and silk screening?
For embroidery, we price by stitch count, and silk screen is priced by colort.

Can you get unique items that may be unusual?
Yes, we’ve got access to over 1000 vendors with thousands of products.  You won’t believe it until you see them all!
